Hosting Country
Where the model physically runs and your data is processed. This determines data residency and GDPR compliance. botts.ai primarily hosts in Switzerland.
Provider
The company operating the API that serves the model. For example, Azure (Microsoft) or Infomaniak may host models developed by other companies.
Model Origin
Where the AI model was originally developed and trained. For example, GPT-4 was created by OpenAI (USA) and Qwen 3 by Alibaba (China). The model creator never sees the data you send — they have no access to your requests or responses.
